The product only arrived 4 days ago after the lengthy delivery process. That isn't good.
Getting used to the taste no discernable effects yet.

Shocking! The product arrived in a total mess. The seal had broken and the shilajit was everywhere. I accept that honest mistakes can happen when items are being packed but the company have since ignored all my messages requesting a refund. I’m having to get my money back through my bank which is going to take weeks. Won’t use them again and strongly advise others to avoid
